Shipping Policy

At Billion Dollar Footprint, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive premium quality with every purchase.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new releases, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
United States: Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: No International Shipping. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Billion Dollar Footprint is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us immediately billiondollarfootprint@hotmail.com, and we'll do our best to update the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Billion Dollar Footprint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with neighbors or household members, contact the shipping carrier, or file a claim directly with the carrier.

Delayed Shipments: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or shipping carriers are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Pre-Orders: Items marked as Pre-Order will ship on or around the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your shipment may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and photos of the packaging. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
